Newsletters
Patients may only be seen once or twice a year. That's why it's important to keep in touch with them year-round and maintain top-of-mind awareness. Newsletters can do just that.
Tips to consider when putting together a newsletter:
- Make sure patients think about the practice between visits and they'll be more likely to refer friends and family and spread positive word-of-mouth. Let them know that referrals to family and friends are appreciated.
- By sending a hard-copy newsletter, a message is more likely to be read. Direct mail is a tangible, personal way to reach the audience in the comfort of their homes.
- Direct mail is the most measurable of all marketing tools. Create an incentive — such as a referral plan or a product/service giveaway — and make it available only to those who mention they saw it in the newsletter.
- When you provide valuable educational information, you become known as a source for information.
